Why parents love it
- Animated mobile evite included. Most editable invitations only hand you a flat picture to send. This squishy birthday invitation gives you a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it.
- Soft and sweet, not loud and neon. The pastel watercolor dumplings with their happy little faces and the scalloped pink border feel like a kawaii dessert shop card, which is exactly the look kids who love squishy dumplings want.
Perfect for
- A squishy dumpling themed 5th birthday party where the invites should match the favors and the cake
- A kawaii dim sum or dumpling party for a girl who wants everything cute, pastel, and smiling
- A last minute birthday invite you can finish on your phone tonight and text out as an evite the same day
- A printed invitation set for a pastel pink party where the card doubles as a keepsake photo prop
- A mixed print and digital send: print a few for grandparents and text the animated evite to the class list

Tiny questions.
Easy answers.
The little things parents ask right before hitting buy. Still stuck? We’re one Etsy message away.
Ask on Etsy ↗Is this invitation only for a 5th birthday?
No. The 5th birthday wording is just the sample text. The age is fully editable in Canva, so you can type any age you like, and it still matches the pastel squishy dumpling design.
What does "Squish On Over For" mean?
It's the playful headline printed on the design, a pun that invites guests to squish on over to the party. It sits right above the name and age line, so a line like "Squish on over for [Name]'s birthday party" reads naturally.
Can I change the squishy birthday invitation colors to match my party?
Yes. Every text color and font is editable in Canva, so the name and party details can match your plates and balloons. You can warm the lettering up or keep it soft next to the pastel dumplings.
