Why parents love it
- Animated mobile evite included, a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it
- Edit it tonight from your phone in the free Canva app, no laptop or print shop appointment
- One purchase, two versions: the printable card for the party table and the digital evite for the group chat
- A summer scrapbook of pool doodles layered over clean stripes instead of one plain repeating pattern, so it reads playful and specific to a real pool day
- Reuse with no expiration for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style
Perfect for
- A mom sends the light blue and white striped evite in the group chat the same afternoon she books the community pool, and half the replies are flamingo float emojis
- A dad prints a stack at the library because grandma wants a paper copy of the invite with the beach ball and camera doodles to put on her fridge
- A kid picks this over three other invites because of the flip-flop and sun icons scattered across the stripes, and says it looks like his actual pool bag
- A family swaps in their son's name where the sample script name sits, keeps every stripe and doodle exactly as is, and has the card ready before nap time ends
- A neighborhood pool party host texts the animated version to twelve families the same week she rents the cabana, no printing needed for most of them
✦ good to know
Tiny questions.
Easy answers.
The little things parents ask right before hitting buy. Still stuck? We’re one Etsy message away.
Ask on Etsy ↗Can I change the sample name to my own child's name?
Yes, the script name text box is fully editable in Canva, so you can type in any name and it will keep the same script style shown on the card.
Does the animated mobile evite really move?
Yes. The evite version has gentle motion that plays when your guests open it on their phone, which is what makes it stand out in a busy group text. You send it as a link or video through text, WhatsApp, or email, and there is nothing for your guests to download.
Can I edit this pool party birthday invitation template on my phone?
Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A tablet or computer gives you a bit more room, but a phone is enough to finish and send it.
Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.
How do I print the invitation once it is done?
Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.
Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.
Can I reuse this for other party items?
Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.
keep the party going
