Why parents love it
- Edit it tonight from your phone in the free Canva app and you have a finished card in minutes, no laptop needed
- Party hats instead of flower crowns: the horses are dressed for the party, so the card reads as a birthday at first glance and stays playful rather than formal
- A headline you can read from across the room: the bold pink Saddle Up lettering stays clear on a phone screen and on the fridge, with the birthday girl's name in a soft pink script right underneath
- Reuse with no expiration for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style
Perfect for
- A 2nd birthday in the backyard for a toddler who points at every horse in her picture books
- A pony party at a riding stable, with the barn name on the card and a boots welcome note in the RSVP line
- A farm or petting zoo birthday, where the horses on the invitation match the real ones she will meet that day
- A cowgirl style party at home when you want the cute look without cactus, rope or boots on the card
- A shared party for two horse crazy sisters, with both names typed into the script line
✦ good to know
Tiny questions.
Easy answers.
The little things parents ask right before hitting buy. Still stuck? We’re one Etsy message away.
Ask on Etsy ↗Can I change the Saddle Up headline or the gallop on over line?
Yes. The wording on this card is editable text in Canva, including the Saddle Up headline and the "and gallop on over to celebrate" line. Keep them, or swap in your own phrase like Giddy Up.
The sample says 2nd birthday. Can I change the age?
Yes. The age is plain text, so you can type any age, from a first birthday to a 10th.
Is there room for a stable or farm address?
Yes. The address and the RSVP sit on their own lines, so a barn name, a street address and a phone number all fit. If the venue name is long, drop the font one size in Canva and it sits neatly.
Can I change the horse birthday invitation colors to match my party?
Yes. The pink headline, the script name, and every text color are editable in Canva, so you can deepen the pink or switch to a soft brown to match your decorations.
Can I edit this horse birthday invitation on my phone?
Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A phone is enough to finish and send it.
Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.
How do I print the invitation once it is done?
Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.
Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.
Can I reuse this for other party items?
Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.
keep the party going
